UCSB Chi Omega will have a House in Isla Vista starting in Fall 2026, per aerial video on their Instagram. It is described as being able to hold 70+ members, with room for chapter events, including Recruitment. I’m not familiar with the area, but it’s 3 1/2 blocks from the Loop, the beach and close to other sorority houses.

Can’t find a number for their new member class, but I did see a recent post online where they are participating in winter COB. Not sure of the current chapter totals of the rest of Panhellenic.

I believe quota at Villanova was 77. There was a chance for it to be higher, like around 85 but there were a lot of PNMs who dropped out, lowering quota.
