I am 23, but I look younger and I teach high school. Parents still get me confused with the students. I know I'm not that much older than them, but they wear a uniform. I should stick out like a sore thumb
I got carded for a rated R movie last year. Talk about embarrassing!
For some reason, people think I have asian features. I'm german-scottish know of no one in my heritage that was asian. It has to be the dark hair and eyes.
My students also think I am a democrat because I like to play devil's advocate. I just want them to be able to intelligently articulate why and what they believe, even when they may have go against the crowd.
