Sonoma State (CA). Total # of PNMs was 55, quota was 6, Total set to 34.
As I posted on a thread about declining enrollments, SSU saw a bout a 30% decline in students 2019-2022. This lead to a budget problem, so in Jan 2025, the University announced the elimination of several majors and the only big-time sports team (baseball). So, this Fall's freshman enrollment was the lowest in about 20 years.
for Recruitment, SSU Panhel decided to re-set total to Largest Chapter size (not plus a few). There were a large # of PNMs that did not sign cards after Pref round, since they all know that nearly every chapter will do COB right away. (Hence Quota so low)
AOII matched 6 NMs, and has since COB'ed 5 more, so they are now at Total. I would image that at the beginning of the Spring semester, Total will get raised by a few.
Oh, this thread shows Quota last year = 39! HA! Last year's Quota was 11, last year's Total was 39.
(The AOII Recruitment Advisor is a friend of mine.)

Several thoughts/questions:
How many of these new members actually initiate?
What is their updated Campus Total?
Given the large campus NM class sizes, but possibly small Hawaii alumnae base, is there any interest in expansion?

When I was there, there were a lot of (hazing) locals there. I think there are less of them now.

The numbers for UA- Fort Smith should be for UA-Little Rock. The chapters at UAFS are Delta Gamma and Gamma Phi Beta.
