However, this is going to be extremely expensive (new separate entrance and ADA compliant) We do have a buyer for our facility but there is no available commercial property to buy or land available to buy and rebuild in the Oxford area. Brothers are concerned about the fate of our Centennial Garden if the facility is sold.

After many discussions, It was decided to keep the HQ and renovate into a modern multi-use facility, including:
*
Educational Hub: Dedicated spaces for Leadership Academy, Ritual Weekends, Initiation Ceremonies, chapter retreats, and new leadership programs.
*
Heritage & History: Expanded Museum and archives to preserve and celebrate Phi Tau’s story.
*
Brotherhood Retreat: Housing and overnight accommodations for chapters to connect, team build, and walk in the footsteps of our Founders.
*
Event & Ritual Space: ~8,000 sq. ft. for programs, technology-enabled events, and ceremonies.
*
Right-Sized Operations: Modernized office space for current and future staff needs.
*
Grounds & Gardens: Revitalized Centennial Gardens and enhanced exterior spaces for reflection and fellowship.
