There's something weird about this. If everything she told y'all is true, she should have gotten a bid. Sororities aren't supposed to be able to cut PNMs after prefs unless they find out something heinous about the girl.
This isn’t that mysterious. The house likely matched quota but then some people declined their bids. This gives the appearance of not matching quota when they actually did.
