I am hoping it helps reform recruitment a little, since there's only 1 national sorority (Phi Sig), chapters can pick their pledge class numbers and many girls are left bidless, even after going through every round. |
Question: is there currently a campus Chapter Total, or as you appear to state do both the local and Phi Sig chapters pick their own pledge class numbers?
Sounds like Iona's recruitment is ripe for NPC's 'A Spot For Every Pref PNM' and 'Setting a Chapter Total' processes, at least for their current and eventual NPC chapters.
Recruitment Reform may occur there more quickly if two NPC colonizing groups are chosen for fast colonies, taking in those 'many girls' you state are interested in belonging.
Hopefully, the unpledged women can and will appreciate the value and beauty of belonging to a national sorority over a local, quickly growing their NPC chapter number if not transforming the locals into NPC's.
