This is so sad. Betsy died of hantavirus and since Gene had advanced Alzheimer’s, he didn’t realize she was dead, and lived in the house with her body for a week. No food in his stomach so he hadn’t eaten or taken his medicine.

I don't know if y'all remember, but Gene Hackman's daughter was a member here for quite awhile. She's a KD and her GC username was Leslie Anne.

Really? Wow. I don’t remember her. Must have been before I joined?

It think it was about 15 years ago. She helped another member here get AIed into KD.

Thanks for posting it in the Entertainment forum! It was mentioned in the Lifetime movie thread but it needed more exposure.
