I totally agree with that idea that some of our chapters give us a bad name. I think that something has to be done, but each chapter has its ways and those will not change. The Phi Delt chapter that I am part of(GA Gamma) has had it's charter for 130 straight years, since 1872, without ever losing it. But every chapter has its ups and downs and we did in the early 90s but we were reorganized. Maybe these other chapters should think about that and that maybe them being caught for hazing violations and alcohol violations will turn them into a better chapter in the long run.
