Question for you based on your experience
First of all, it was wonderful hearing a PNMs perspective of Recruitment. It's been so long since I have been in your shoes that seeing your thoughts on paper prompted me to ask you a question or two.
One of the rounds you were paired with a Rusher not from OSU. And you mentioned that basically you did not get a fair assessment of that chapter on your campus - or felt that you couldn't get a fair assessment.
From a chapter who has used the help of sisters from other chapters around our state - I wonder what they (and we) could do better to make rushees like yourself feel more comfortable if we are forced to use that situation?
By the way Congratulations on your bid! I hope that you get as much out of greek life as I have! It's been one of the greatest experiences of my life! (And, as an AXO legacy, I know that you have chosen a great organization!)
