They originally opened last year. Apparently, they withdrew the extension and then re-opened.

Carnation has a good memory! Middle Georgia is listed as Open For Extension on multiple GC irishpipes NPC Chapter & Campus lists, going back at least nine years.

The Zeta Psi chapter at Binghamton University(NY) has been suspended until 2028. Suspension is due to violations of national organization
policies.

ZTA has reestablished at University of Tampa, welcoming approximately 126 new members to the colony. After colonization requirements are completed, they will be Gamma Sigma chapter. Info from our national FB page and my estimation from head count.

I'm not sure when Alpha Sigma Alpha at Muskingum College (Ohio) closed; don't have the date but Wikipedia shows 2023 FWIW.

Oh that's a shame.  They were the only sorority on campus and they seemed like such a good match for the campus, too. The chapter was chartered in December 2019, right before covid, so maybe they never quite got a chance to get a solid footing? The press release indicates that TPA is hoping to re-establish there in the future when conditions are better.
