Have you thought about doing a fundraiser for CMN before recruitment? We're allowed to raise money for our philanthropies during "silence"...however, I think we're also allowed to hand out water, and I know that Pan Hell is asking for 10 women from each GLO to help with Freshman/transfer move-in. Maybe the rules on our campus are different than yours.
