As far as I can tell, the combination of crimes that Mr. Kohberger has been charged with would make the Death Penalty a possibility. (Idaho not only has the Death Penalty, it has 7 men and 1 woman on death row)

The nightly news on NBC this evening said that his DNA is on the sheath of the knife. He was asked during arraignment if he realized he could be sentenced to death and he said yes. He changed his license plate 5 days after the killings. There is nothing here that sounds like he's going to be exonerated.

Yeah, he’s done. Stick a fork in him. They tracked him back at the house around 9am the same morning before the police were called. Dude did an aftermath drive by. That dude looks 100% completely OFF.
