I would find it hard to believe Alabama Panhel would allow ADPi to take 164 (30 quota additions!) Maybe something got jumbled in the information relay. Univ of Arkansas' quota is 163, so ADPi taking 164 at that other U of A seems reasonable?

I stand corrected, and you were right! I got my UA's confused.
I counted 164 at Arkansas, and about 134 at Alabama. I counted both a couple of times, but it's hard to tell.
