Something sort of similar happened to Bloomsburg's Zeta Psi fraternity several years ago. Sadly, a kid almost died. Unfortunately, when people choose to act crazy, this is the consequence.

An awful story but you're right, it is the consequence of bad behavior. Thanks for sharing.
