I think I’m clear for the 19th....but only after consulting my EXHAUSTIVE social calendar!!
(Like most of us have a LOT more to do these days ANYWAY! This will be a welcome and enjoyable event to look forward to...)

School starts that week and I have classes that day. I'll be there in GC spirit.

To the survey, there were 6 responses.

33% said the best day for them was Tuesday, 50% said Saturday, and 17% said Sunday.

People were 80% interested in a happy hour, so we'll try that.

40% liked start times at 7 Eastern, 60% like 9 Eastern.

4 expressed interest in a recruitment related round table discussion. 3 for house corporation issues, 2 for alumni advisory issues and one was for undergrad issues.

One person expressed an interest in a remote meeting to talk about recruitment resumes.

I really want to be on, but I want to see Kamala Harris accept—also Gabby Giffords and Barack Obama speak. It starts at 9. Seven pm would be better, but I can CERTAINLY be on for awhile and also have the TV on the den! Multi-tasking...

I've got our event down for 9pm Central. You'd be able to catch the first hour of the DNC. (I've been watching it the past two nights, and whoa! Some great speeches, and I love how they've adapted to the virtual format.)

I won't be able to make it tonight, though. I'll be with y'all in spirit.

Really depends on what time it is happening. My daughter is making an unexpected trip home for a funeral. Tonight is the only time I can see her. No idea how long she’ll be here.
