This 8000+sq. ft former fraternity house steps from SU, is zoned Planned Institutional District (PID) and also on the Historic Registry. The house has 9 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a commercial kitchen and the first floor is all common living space. The house needs renovation to be brought back to life, but so much potential and LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

If it's on the historic registry, does that mean the outside have to remain the same?

If I have that kind of money, I'd do what Sciencewoman say and bulldozed that house down. Always a bad thing when the listing doesn't show what's inside the house.
