wait, what?

I *think* you might want to re-read the press release. Closure of the chapter has nothing to do with RFM. I'm so sorry for Tri Delta. We all hate to see any chapter close for any reason.

Do you mean RMF? (Which I believe stands for Risk Management Failure someone please correct me if I’m wrong)

If so, the closure is not due to RMF, or RFM as AZTheta mentions.
