there are a few pageants for men..for example
the "Manhunt International" (yes, that is its actual name, it usually happens in Malaysia).
They are more of a male model search, but I guess they are a pageant for men. They tend to attract gay men as observers though, not women!
I also know of a men's pageant in Toronto called MR. 2SEXY 2002.

The gay communities in in various cities produce pageants like Mr. Gay Toronto, Mr. Leather Toronto, that kind of thing.
So, yes, there are pageants for men, but they don't tend to attract women observers!
Also, I don't know if you actually have to be a gay man to enter those pageants, but quite frankly, I can't envision a straight guy wanting to...just my 2 c.
