I just looked up the list of active chapters on the university's website and the fraternity in question is not listed, so either the website is not current, or the fraternity is not on campus.
EDIT: I found the chapter's website. They did indeed return in 2019 and have seven members. I don't know whether they've been readmitted to IFC, which may explain their absence from the university's website.
