Can someone explain to me in standard English what this business is supposed to be about? Apparently the SEC schools want to proactively reinvent cross functional quality vectors to actualize Greek Life experiences?

I was a bit puzzled as to what this will actually mean. The “best practices” and “second best practices” had me scratching me head. My thought is that this is just a PR move.
