I know that the general consensus on the infamous “pink sequin” story was that it was completely fabricated, or at the least, so heavily embellished (with sequins?) as to basically be fiction, but I was always sorry she never finished the story. My personal theory is that the OP started off just changing a few details for the sake of privacy, as people do, but it sort of went off the rails somewhere along the way. I, for one, was dying to find out what the deal with “Cowgirl Callie” was.

I agree. Having not been on GC when this was originally posted, I read this thread touted as a crowd favorite. After investing hours, to find that it was left unfinished, I am very disappointed we will never know what happened to these fictional characters.

The OP started threatening people and was also found to have posted other threads under made-up names.

Count me among them! I agree with your analysis - but I needed to know the details of a wrap up!
And thank you for including my own Rush Thread!

I missed this gem because it was in the wrong forum. 1964 recruitment story!

I have enjoyed reading these stories....mine was kinda boring!
