I used to work and starbucks and everything is so high in calories, thats why they dont post them anywhere. A cool thing is that you get a pound of coffee free every week. But I still love to go in and get a drink. Unfortunately there are no starbucks where my school is located .
i go thru phases of what i drink..for awhile i would alternative between venti extra hot chais w/skim milk and venti extrahot vanilla lattes w/soy milk..
my latest is just regular iced coffee..or espresso frappuccinos(coffee frapp w/a shot of espresso) they are phenomenal
