As 33girl said, because it is a local, you would have no restrictions about pledging another group if you do end up transferring. I would likely initiate and share that experience with the sisters you have made where you are. Whether or not you transfer is something that might or might not happen. I would not let that possibility limit the experiences that are assured today.
