I loved it. It took me a while to get into it, but I was advised to stick with it. Then I had trouble putting it down. Historical fiction is my thing, though. And my copy didn’t have pictures.��
Okay, the pictures were absolutely grotesque. I wasn't expecting that. I'm reading some mind candy right now (one of Joanne Fluke's latest, The Banana Cream Pie Murder), but will give it another try afterwards.
