I've been involved over the past 2 decades with JC and Reg. Alumnae Chapters in 3 states. It is very difficult to sustain membership, esp. at the beginning. Then, you have to fight officer burnout if you only have a few members.
I think that if/when the IHQ site is updated, perhaps there could be discussion boards like here at GC and one of them could be about Alumnae Chapters, and perhaps a separate one for JCs.
