I agree with you PsychTau -- shouldn't NPC be doing something MORE about this problem since it seems so prevalent?

AXOLiz, I am curious about the chapter you refer to in your email...I tell you, if it is a chapter of my sorority, I'd have no problems talking the the appropriate authorities in our chain of command...PM me if you'd rather not post it here...
