Consequences. . .
This is why I think that the punishment for crap like this is no pledge class for one year and no formal rush for 1 year. That will clear this crap right up, especially when you NEED those 15 girls.
I hate to be harsh, but it seems like noone takes responsibility for their actions which break the rules because they aren't CONSEQUENTED for it. (I'm speaking from experience, I work in the psych field and I've seen it).
Like it's been said on other threads, many groups budget for rush infractions and do them anyway because a fine is "no big deal". I guarantee you, one year of everyone talking about why XYZ can't take a pledge class this year (and the rumors carrying over after that year) will make some people think twice about this.
