Hi! My name is Emily and I am a member of AOII at Ohio University. I am running for house manager in the Spring. I found this site searching for ideas online about how to be a good house manager. I am mainly looking for ideas on how to help involve more of the members in cleaning and making sure that jobs are finished. We do have a cleaner that comes in 3 days of the week, but with all the things that happen at the house on the weekend - I would enjoy if the women in my chapter helped out and took the trash / tidied up living spaces.
