NPC Recruitment & Chapter Listing: Fall 2017-Spring 2018

I haven't gone back in this thread to check whether this has been answered, but does anyone know the reason behind the low formal recruitment numbers at UC-Merced? IP lists September formal recruitment numbers of 2 for one group of the current four, 7 for a second, no quota and 36 last year quota. IP also lists a DPhiE colony coming in Spring 2018.

Merced has deferred recruitment. I don't believe they have any type of formal recruitment in the fall...
