It is a very happy don't get me wrong, I just want to know the secret of how they are having quotas that are just slightly less than the rest of the SSHE's chapter totals. How the school in general has grown so much, for that matter, when a third of the system had retrenchment letters on the table. What has made it so different? I know the town is lovely and full of things to do and such, but the dichotomy is staggering.
