I knew they extended quota plus at ETSU, glad to hear that it was that high! It's odd to see another schools recruitment after being involved in a No Frills recruiting school for so long. App State has some very different rules. ETSU doesn't have that. Someone said 'Pipe and Drape' to me a few weeks ago and I think my eyes glazed over.
