To be honest, this part isn't true and I feel it's a big misconception about who we are. Theta Phi Alpha was originally founded as a sorority for Catholics, but it isn't at all who we are today. We are as religiously diverse as any other NPC, and while I attended a Catholic university my own chapter is not seen as any more "Catholic" than any of the 6 other NPCs on campus. We are not, say, the Catholic equivalent of Alpha Epsilon Phi. It's simply a part of our history.
