Is that really part of RFM though? Did rushees at huge systems like Alabama actually get individual physical invitations for each round? That seems like a huge amount of work.
They still get a print out of the screen in ICS/CampusDirector at many of the schools I've worked with. So no, it's not 15 individual little cards but you do get to physically see that ABC is not on your little list.
My only gripe is that so often, someone not being on your list STILL gets chalked up to some mythical glitch.
Girl. It is 2017. ICS/CampusDirector does not glitch. There is no magical computer mistake. XYZ did not ask you back.

I still think that the way that many Panhellenics phrase their recruitment booklets/pages leads to huge disappointment. They seem to suggest that the PNMs will choose their group out of all of them, not that they will choose them out of what they have left after cuts (the reality).
