Congratulations! Growth is a two part thing. The Chi O's of the world will have a lot harder time adding chapters because they are already so big - there just aren't as many options for them to even try for! But the other part is member retention and chapter size growth. You seem to be doing well with that as well! Good for you and all the work your sisters have put in.
