there are dozens and dozens of threads with this very question. Do a Google search of GC and you will find them. It is a tremendous amount of work and may or may not even be possible, depending on what kind of organization you want to start and where you go to school.
There is seriously not a single sorority at your school, assuming you are enrolled in college somewhere, that works for you?
