1. The only time rushees are "cut by nationals" is when there is a colony or when the chapter is being reorganized. You and your friends were most likely cut by this chapter because they are looking for sisters who are dedicated to being in THEIR sorority, not just A sorority. They are smart to do this.
2. Do you still have the texts? If so, take them to your Greek Life director.
3. People rerush all the time. It's not "disrespectful to the institution. " All you have to say if your previous sorority affiliation is brought up during recruitment is "yes I was a NM at ABC and the girls are great people but it just didn't feel like home to me."
