I love the egg chicken dinosaur game, we call it "evolution" and the stages go egg, chicken, wolf, man, woman
The other one I like is where you take a bunch of pieces of paper and wrie down the names of different barnyard animals, making sure that there are 2 for each one (ie, 2 pieces will say "cow," 2 will say "horse, etc). Then everyone chooses a piece at random and they have to find the person with the animal that matches them.... but, they're only allowed to do so by making the noise of that animal. So, you cant walk up to someone and be like "hey, so are you a sheep?" The conversations wind up going like this:
"Moo?"
"baaa."
"Moo?
"Neigh."
"Moo?"
"Moo!"
"moo!"
Maybe you had to be there.... anyway, it's really funny if people do it right
