It would be great, but to take it even a step further, what if you could know everything that person knew? It wouldn't be limited to what they were currently thinking, but to be able to know everything that they knew and about every experience that they had. You would know as much about nuclear phyics as about cooking or as you did about auto mechanics, just by entering the mind of the right person.
