Yes! I had forgotten Monday Dinners always included pledges, and were right before Chapter Meetings.

Uncle Ben's Long Grain And Wild Rice was a special staple of our House Cook, and has remained a favorite of mine. When our house closed, our long-time Cook served her delicious meals to one other lucky sorority for many happy years until she retired.
