Your idea on hitting on the freshies is a really good idea!! Don't forget about sophmores tho, as you know that some of them put off rushing for a year so they can get a feel first b4 jumping into the mix.
Based on the situation... you will have to do one thing... CONSTANTLY COB... have PNMs talking to sisters all the time, make sure that conversation skills are ON POINT!! Believe me, a lot of mistakes can be made in this department. Also, remember to constantly rep PHI SIG as in- be ladylike, be elegant (as in outfits are ON POINT). You have to remember that as much as you are looking at the PNMs, the PNMs are looking at you, so what you project is that they are going to classify the sorority.
Here's an idea... see if National will provide you with a recruitment advisor. With the new reflections program that coming out, they should or should have sent you an MOC advisor just to discuss the new, so they might as well send you a MRC advisor too.
