As for clubs, depends what u like... I love reggae, R& B and hip hop so u'll see me at Dream, VIP or the Ritz (i know... it's ghetto there) If you are just in the mood to chill, there are lots of cafes in Georgetown and Dupont Circle so just take your pick. Best place I know for studying is that big Barnes & Noble in Gtown... has coffee and everyone is quiet
