Instead of a 'kiddie' game night, you might want to make up your own version of Chutes & Ladders with separate questions for the members and the rushees. Things like:
Why did you choose AGD
What are you looking for in a sorority
Tell the Rushee about our social activities
Etc.
One of our chapters created a game like this and uses it for both formal and informal recruitment. We're starting to use the game nationally. It's a great way to exchange a lot of information and talk informally without pressure on the rushees.
