The best advise I can give is to ask these questions directly to NPC. They have a website and/or you could write them. If you have a greek life advisor she/he would be the one to get involved, if not then have that group form a local or contact NPC.

Either way, NPC has ALOT of rules about these things and they would most likely be the only ones who could answer your questions. I hope this helps!
