Tiger, if you are interested in an NPHC orgaznization, then Mccoyred's response about the city-wide chapters is correct.
But if you want to join an IFC or NPC chapter, there has to be a chapter of that org already at your school, or you and friends can try to start one.
BTW - if any organization "calls you in the middle of the night to come to the house and perform tasks", that is not an org you want to be in. Such actions are hazing.
