First of all: gold star for the two who chased him and held him for the police!
The rest is just tragic. But I'm struck by how these incidences spread past Greeks. It happened at a frat party at a frat house...but the guy was a non-Greek student and the young lady didn't even go there? I don't know why it's so baffling to me but...I don't have the words to describe it right now.
