When I was a PX, I didn't have to hand over my pin, but I know we had "initiation" with ritual, and symbols and colors and everything. If you go to the Ball State website

and find the Panhellenic Council part, you could probably e-mail the advisor Lynda Malugen or the Panhellenic President and ask them if they would be willing to share their ritual with you. I think it MIGHT have been made up by some people from BSU. Hope it helps. Sorry I couldn't be more specific!
