The MOI is for dues paying Panhellenics only and member groups. You can review a copy by downloading one from your HQ website for personal use. Most NPC orgs have this in their members only section. The policies and procedures aren't really for the general public. Especially with so many third parties taking their own spin on how to best service and run Panhellenics.
