If a rusher brings it up during recruitment, and there is no guarantee that they will even do that, you can say something simple like "I had some health issues in the past, but I'm fine now and so excited to find a sisterhood!" No one in their right mind will press further with an answer like that.
If you lie, though, that calls into question everything else you told a chapter. What if your resume is faked? What if you weren't sick, or even in Europe? If I were lied to about your age, I'd question everything you say you are because I wouldn't trust the source anymore.
