holy crap! pretty much every violation has to do with alcohol! Take a clue people, follow the rules.

Heck, my own stupid chapter is in trouble. (and yes they are stupid for breaking the rules)

Exactly! I don't understand where the disconnect is- these rules are pretty basic.
