Every year I have one or two women who decide not to sign rather than join the one group they have left. Most, however, are at least willing to give it a try.

I think this is great. I would love to see this become the norm for recruitment and would love the chance to volunteer in that capacity as an alum. I think that someone that is impartial and has no bias could truly counsel women to make the decision that is right for them. I think that the placement percentages touted by some schools make them feel good but what percent of that actually make it to initiation.
